Shaparia Mehta & Associates LLP was established in 1991 in Mumbai. SMCA is led by 6 partners in Mumbai and have a team of over 80 members. Our core competency and experience in the field of audit and Assurance, Advisory & Consultancy, Taxation, Financial Rehabilitation and Reconstruction, Business Analysis, Study and Evaluation of the existing internal controls and systems, designing and implementation of controls, systems and MIS makes us proficient to deliver highly customised solutions. MR. SANJIV MEHTA

Managing Partner

Mr. Sanjiv Mehta is a managing partner at the firm with nearly 35 years of experience and leads the Audit & Assurance practice. He has been in practice since 1985 and leads the Audit and Assurance practice of the firm, particularly audit of large corporates, and multinational companies.

Mr. Mehta is a voracious reader and supports the think tank of the firm through his comprehensive understanding of various laws including Corporate Law, Indian regulatory and business environment.

His areas of expertise include:

Managing Partner

Mr. Paresh Shaparia is managing partner at the firm with an experience of nearly 35 years in the field of tax litigation and advisory services along with estate planning. He has been in continuous practice since 1984 and leads the Tax Regulatory & Advisory practice of the firm.
